Special Monday Night Dinners

If you think Veggie Planet's regular menu items are delicious (and of course, they are!), wait until you try one of our special Monday night dinners, at which we serve up incredible high-end food at reasonable prices. Our special dinners are usually held on the first Monday of every other month, but there may be exceptions. Remaining dinners in 2008 are scheduled for June 2, August 4, October 6, and December 1.

For this dinner, Veggie Planet Chef Amie Swanson will be preparing a delicious four course vegan meal inspired by her recent trip to Paris:

Couscous and Vegetable Terrine

Individual Caramelized Onion Tart

Entrée of Braised Seitan with Haricot Verts and Potato Au Gratin

Opéra Cake (Layered Cake of Almond Cake, Vegan Coffee Butter Cream and Dark Chocolate)
